2027 German kitchen cabinet questions

What are the 2027 kitchen cabinet trends?
Warm oak, a soft pistachio green and cabinetry that runs from floor to ceiling. In Nolte's 2027 range that means eight new finishes across six cabinet series. Primo is a new real oak veneer front in Oak Crema and Oak Chocolate. Manhattan adds Oak Cognac, Stone adds Sandstone Cream, Porto adds Magnolia, and a new Pistachio green comes in Velluto, Focus and Porto. Nolte also added ceiling filler panels, island doors that reach almost to the floor, seamless backsplash panels and twelve quartz countertops.
Is Primo real wood?
Yes. Primo is oak veneer on a 3/4 in core with a matte lacquer finish, in Oak Crema and Oak Chocolate. Manhattan in Oak Cognac looks like wood but is a melamine surface, at a lower price than veneer.
Which cabinet fronts come in the new pistachio green?
Three. Velluto is a smooth matte lacquer front with an anti-fingerprint surface. Focus is a slim framed front and Porto a classic framed front, both in a soft-matte finish. The color is a soft green that is neither mint nor sage.
Can the 2027 fronts be handleless?
Primo, Manhattan, Velluto and Stone can all be planned handleless with Nolte's MatrixArt recessed grip. Focus and Porto are framed fronts and use knobs or handles; Nolte added new knobs in bronze and manganese bronze for 2027.
How sustainable are Nolte cabinets?
Nolte reports that over 99% of the wood it uses comes from FSC or PEFC certified sources, that its plants in Löhne and Melle, Germany run on 100% renewable electricity, and that about 97% of their heat comes from the factories' own wood waste. FSC or PEFC certified kitchens are available on request.
