Whole Homes, Designed and Built as One
One team, from architecture to the final fixture. We design and build complete homes across Northern Virginia, Washington, D.C., and Maryland, every room composed from the same considered palette of European materials.
One studio, from architecture to the last fixture
A turnkey home is the whole project under one roof. The designers who plan your kitchen are the same team shaping the baths, the closets, the living spaces, and the surfaces that tie them together, then managing the build to completion. Thirty years of European craftsmanship, delivered as a single, coordinated whole.
The advantage of a single design-build team
One contract, one accountable team
No handoffs between an architect, a designer, and a separate builder, and no finger-pointing when something falls between them. One team owns the result, from the first drawing to the final walkthrough.
Cost certainty from the first sketch
Budget is part of the design, not a surprise that arrives after the plans are done. We price as we draw, so the choices you make are informed ones, and the number you approve is the number you build to.
A faster, coordinated build
Because design and construction are planned together, work that once waited in sequence can move in parallel. Fewer handoffs and fewer redrawings mean a calmer, more predictable path to completion.
Every room speaks the same language
Kitchens, baths, closets, and living spaces are drawn by one studio, so materials, finishes, hardware, and proportion carry through the whole home. The result reads as one considered space, not a set of separate projects.
