Tomasella was founded in 1948 by Luigi Tomasella in Brugnera, in the furniture heartland of Italy's Friuli-Venezia Giulia region. What began as a gathering of cabinetmakers, artisans, and designers has grown into one of the country's most respected makers of living rooms, bedrooms, and walk-in closets, all still produced in Italy.
The Tomasella point of view is unmistakably Italian: clean architectural lines, restrained palettes, and a sense of ease the Italians call la dolce vita. Wardrobes, wall systems, beds, and storage are conceived as modular families, so a room reads as one considered composition rather than a collection of separate pieces. Behind that calm exterior sits a 100,000-square-meter facility where traditional woodworking meets modern engineering and genuinely bespoke configuration.
