Kitchen Remodel Springfield VA

A kitchen remodel in Springfield, Virginia as we deliver it: the kitchen designed in 3D at our showroom one exit up I-395, German cabinetry built to order to your room, the permit filed with Fairfax County when walls or services change, and construction and installation by our own team; the nearest completed kitchens are in Annandale, Chantilly and Arlington, and we say so rather than imply a Springfield one.

Yes. The showroom, off I-395 at Edsall Road, is the next exit up from Springfield: Backlick Road or I-395 from the Mixing Bowl, and Old Keene Mill Road from West Springfield and Burke.

Springfield, West Springfield, Kingstowne and Burke are unincorporated Fairfax County, so Fairfax County Land Development Services issues the permit when walls, plumbing or electrical work change.

For the consultation and the design, yes: the full-size displays and the material wall are there, and the finishes are decided in front of them. Measuring, delivery and installation happen at your home.

Ramblers, split-levels and colonials from the 1950s to the 1970s, with a closed kitchen between the dining room and the family room and a low ceiling. Opening the wall and running the cabinetry to the ceiling are the two most common requests.

A private design appointment at the Alexandria showroom, complimentary, with no time limit. We review your kitchen, what you want to change and your budget.

We measure the room, the services and the clearances on site.

Layout, cabinetry, countertops and finishes come back in 3D, so you approve the kitchen on screen.

Cabinetry, surfaces, appliances, construction and installation are itemized, so you can see what you are paying for and what moves the number.

The approved specification is ordered. Where walls, plumbing or electrical work change, we handle the permits, and our own team builds and installs the kitchen.

In 2026 our completed kitchen projects ran from $42,000 to $190,000 and up, with most between $90,000 and $145,000. Those are total installed values, not cabinetry prices. The same itemized proposal applies in Springfield, Virginia: cabinetry, surfaces, appliances, construction and installation, each its own line.

Cabinetry alone starts at $15,000 for a small kitchen, $35,000 for a medium kitchen and $55,000 for a large one. The number of carcases is the first thing that moves the price.

Opening the plan adds structural work, electrical and plumbing relocation and a permit. Keeping the layout removes most of that.

Countertops in Silestone, Dekton or Cambria, Porcelanosa tile, lighting and hardware are selected together with the cabinetry, and each choice is itemized.

Handleless flat fronts, grooved real wood, metal-look and glass fronts, soft-matt lacquer, and the interior storage planned around what you keep in the kitchen.

Placed in the drawing so clearances and extraction are right. Priced separately unless the proposal includes them.

Installation by our own team is its own line in the proposal, next to the cabinetry and the surfaces.

A large kitchen around an island, designed at the Alexandria showroom and installed by our own team in 2025. The project record and every photograph are on the project page.
