Design, measurement, the 3D approval and the itemized specification all happen while your kitchen still works. Demolition waits until about a month before the cabinetry arrives.

From demolition to the finished installation the room is a site. The site phase is sequenced into defined weeks we agree with you in advance, so you can plan a temporary setup for them.

Structural changes and the permit that comes with them, appliance deliveries, and changes after approval. The timeline we give is for most kitchens, not a promise for every one.

Demolition and the construction work the plan needs come first. The cabinetry is installed once it arrives from Germany, and the tile work follows the installation. The same team runs every stage.

Both start with the same design conversation. The difference is how much of the room changes, and that difference decides the construction, the permits and the price.

Appliances are placed in the drawing on either path and priced separately unless the proposal includes them.

The approved specification is ordered. Where walls, plumbing or electrical work change, we handle the permits, and our own team builds and installs the kitchen.

In 2026 our completed kitchen projects ran from $42,000 to $190,000 and up, with most between $90,000 and $145,000. Those are total installed values, not cabinetry prices. The figures describe previous work; your own price depends on your space and scope, and these are the things that move it.

Cabinetry alone starts at $15,000 for a small kitchen, $35,000 for a medium kitchen and $55,000 for a large one.

Opening the plan adds structural work, electrical and plumbing relocation and a permit. Keeping the layout removes most of that.

Countertops in Silestone, Dekton or Cambria, Porcelanosa tile, lighting and hardware are selected together with the cabinetry, and each choice is itemized.

Handleless flat fronts, grooved real wood, metal-look and glass fronts, soft-matt lacquer, and the interior storage planned around what you keep in the kitchen.

Placed in the drawing so clearances and extraction are right. Priced separately unless the proposal includes them.
