Modern Kitchen Cabinets

Modern kitchen cabinets as we build them: handleless flat fronts with a grip channel, grooved real wood, metal-look and glass fronts, and soft-matt lacquer, built to order in Germany to your room and installed by our own team across Northern Virginia, Washington DC and Maryland.

Flat handleless fronts in Oak Bianco or Walnut Rosado, paired with Cashmere soft lacquer: clean and architectural.

Grooved real oak veneer in blackened oak or diamond oak, with lit glass and soft-matt lacquer beside it.

Gold or bronze metal-look fronts, the bronze paired with a Noce Marone walnut look.

Fine lines in Oak Bianco with Perfect Plus soft-matt white.

Havana walnut with a black bar handle, Chalet Oak and Volcanic Oak in completed kitchens, and Oak Cognac new for 2027.

Soft-matt lacquer, and the Velluto anti-fingerprint matte in Pistachio for 2027.

Modern is a set of decisions about fronts, handles, surfaces and proportion. This is how they are made in our collections, next to the framed and traditional alternative.

Every one of these fronts is built to order in Germany to your room's measurements, and the ranges are on the Alexandria showroom floor and in the catalogs to compare.

Framed doors: Chester, Evora Lack, Focus, Porto, Ravenna.

Flat, handleless fronts: neoFLAT, neoLINE, Manhattan, Velluto, Perfect Plus.

Knobs and bar handles on a frame.

A grip channel in the front, or a slim bar handle, as on Manhattan in Havana walnut.

Lacquer on a framed profile.

Grooved real wood, metal-look and slate-look fronts, glass, soft-matt and anti-fingerprint lacquer.

Freestanding pieces.

Floor-to-ceiling runs with a ceiling filler panel in the front finish, and islands with storage on both sides.

Whites, creams, country tones.

Blackened oak, bronze and gold metal, deep avocado green, henna red, greige, cashmere, oak bianco.

Closed fronts.

Lit glass cabinets and lit grip rails, as on the showroom floor.

We review your room, your storage, your architecture and your budget at the Alexandria showroom, in a private design appointment, complimentary, with no time limit, and agree what the cabinetry has to do.

Layout, elevations, proportions and finishes come back as photorealistic 3D, so you approve the cabinetry on screen before anything is committed.

Every carcase, front, countertop, handle and internal system is itemized, so you can see exactly what you are paying for and adjust before release.

The approved specification goes into production in Germany, made to your dimensions, with a delivery date you can plan the rest of the project around.

The same team that designed the cabinetry checks the site and installs it, so nothing is lost in a handoff between the drawing and the tools.

From the day you sign, most kitchens take about five months: 2 to 4 weeks to settle the last details, then 16 weeks for production in Germany, shipping, installation and the tile work.

For cabinetry on its own, production and delivery typically run a few months from the point the design is approved and released. You receive a schedule once the design is final, and we plan the rest of the project around that date.

Cabinetry alone starts at $15,000 for a small kitchen, $35,000 for a medium kitchen and $55,000 for a large one. These figures are for custom cabinetry only. The final price depends on kitchen size, cabinet configuration, materials, internal storage and selected details. Countertops, appliances, construction and installation are priced separately unless included in the proposal.

The starting tiers are $15,000 for a small kitchen, $35,000 for a medium kitchen and $55,000 for a large one. The number of carcases is the first thing that moves the price.

Soft-matt lacquer, solid and veneered real wood, metal-look and mirror-glass fronts sit at different points in the range, and every one is on the showroom floor to compare.

Inner drawers, pull-outs, dividers and pantry systems are itemized one by one, so you can see what each adds.

Handles, or handleless fronts with a grip channel, and the hinge and drawer systems behind them.

Installation by our own team is its own line in the proposal, next to the cabinetry. If you have your own contractor, we can supply the cabinetry alone.

In 2026 our completed kitchen projects ran from $42,000 to $190,000 and up, with most between $90,000 and $145,000. Those are total installed values, not cabinetry prices.
